B&PC 7582.1(b) States: A person licensed as a private patrol operator only may not make any investigation or investigations except those that are incidental to the theft , loss, embezzlement, misappropriation, or concealment of any property, or any other thing enumerated in this section, which he or she has been hired or engaged to protect, guard, or watch.

High Protective Services is an agency properly bonded, insured, experienced, licensed, certified and registered.

Our personnel is properly capable and trained based on the requirements of DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs) and the division of  BSIS (Bureau of Security and Investigative Services).

Our agents are training to act as a criminal deterrent by adopting the principals of the C.P.O.P. (Community Police Officer Program) methodology. Simply put, our agents are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees. Letting the public know that we are there for them generates a feeling of community and safety.

Our management constantly supervises our employees and verify their status with BSIS of each and every one of them. Also, a complete background check is performed on every guard.
